ACAP Strategic Fund Redemption Window Closes June 16

Shareholders of ACAP Strategic Fund have seven days remaining to submit redemption requests before the June 16, 2026 deadline. The fund has established a redemption cap of 25.0% of net asset value, equivalent to $2.59 billion in available capacity as of the offering date of May 15, 2026. Approved redemptions will be paid on July 7, 2026.
