Adams Street Private Equity Navigator Fund closed its redemption offer on September 11, 2026. The fund offered to repurchase up to $34.18 million, or 5.0% of its $683.6 million net asset value, across Class I, Class M, and Class S shares. Final results from the redemption offer have not yet been reported.
