Apollo Debt Solutions BDC opened its redemption window on August 14, 2026, offering to repurchase up to 5.0% of net asset value, or a maximum of $699.90 million, from shareholders across its Class I, Class S, and Class D share classes. The offer closed on September 14, 2026. The fund's net asset value stood at $14.00 billion at the time of the offering.
