Ares Strategic Income Fund completed its redemption offer period ending September 18, 2026, with total redemption requests of $1.35 billion, or 264.0% of the $510.55 million maximum cap. The fund exceeded its cap by $839.45 million and fulfilled redemption requests on a pro rata basis at 38.2%. Ares Strategic Income Fund repurchased $515.10 million in shares across Class I, Class D, and Class S, with payment scheduled for September 25, 2026.
