Ares Strategic Income Fund received redemption requests totaling $1.54 billion in response to its offer to repurchase up to $525.18 million, or 5.0% of net asset value, representing 292.5% of the maximum offer amount. The fund exceeded its cap by 192.5%, requiring fulfillment on a pro rata basis at 34.7%. The fund repurchased $533.65 million and paid shareholders on June 26, 2026.
