The redemption window for BlackRock Private Credit Fund closed on September 4, 2026, after opening on August 10, 2026. The fund offered to repurchase up to $82.86 million, or 5.0 percent of net asset value, across Class S, Class D, and Institutional share classes. Final results of the redemption offer have not yet been reported.
