BlackRock Private Investments Fund closed its redemption offer on August 31, 2026, which had been open since July 31, 2026. The fund offered to repurchase up to $25.90 million, or 5.0 percent of net asset value, across its Institutional Shares, Class D, Class S, and Class T share classes. Final results from the redemption window have not yet been reported.
