Fidelity Private Credit Fund Fully Fulfills Redemption Offer

Fidelity Private Credit Fund honored all redemption requests submitted during its April 2026 tender offer, repurchasing $38.36 million in shares. The amount repurchased represented 2.88% of the fund's $1.33 billion net asset value, compared with a maximum offer size of $63.79 million. Payment to shareholders occurred on July 27, 2026.
