First Trust Enhanced Private Credit Fund converted to an interval fund structure. The decision was made to provide shareholders with greater certainty regarding the frequency of liquidity opportunities than under the tender offer fund structure. A public offering of both Class I and Class A shares is set to launch May 4, 2026.
