FS MVP Private Markets Fund honored all redemption requests submitted during its tender offer period ending June 8, 2026. The fund repurchased $51.25 million in shares, representing 3.16% of net asset value as of the offer date. Shareholders tendered $51.28 million against a maximum offer amount of $88.37 million.
