The redemption window for JPMorgan Private Markets Fund closed on September 14, 2026. The fund had offered to repurchase up to $97.8 million, or 5.0% of its $1.96 billion net asset value, across Class S, Class D, and Class I shares. Final results of the redemption offer have not yet been reported.
