About This Fund

The NB Private Markets Access Fund is a registered closed-end investment company managed by Neuberger Berman. The fund invests primarily in private equity through direct investments, secondary transactions, and select primary commitments across buyouts, special situations, venture capital, infrastructure, and private credit strategies. It also maintains a portfolio of liquid securities for liquidity management. The fund offers quarterly limited repurchase opportunities and seeks attractive long-term capital appreciation through actively managed private markets exposure.
