Investors in Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund have seven days remaining to submit redemption requests before the September 11, 2026 deadline. The fund offered to repurchase up to $220.13 million, or 5.0% of its $4.40 billion net asset value, during this redemption window. Shareholders holding Class I, Class S, Class D, and Class T shares may participate in the offer through the closing date.
