Partners Group Private Equity Redemption Window Closes May 26

Shareholders in Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund) have seven days remaining to submit redemption requests before the May 26, 2026 deadline. The fund is accepting redemptions up to 5.0% of its $15.77 billion net asset value, or $788.4 million in aggregate capacity. Redemption requests submitted after the deadline will be deferred to the next available redemption window. The offer encompasses Class A, Class S, Class I, and Class M share classes.
