Peachtree Alternative Strategies Fund closed its redemption offer for Institutional Shares on August 14, 2026. The fund had set a redemption cap of $28.13 million, or 10.0 percent of its $281.25 million net asset value as of the July 15, 2026 offering date. Final results of the redemption have not yet been reported.
