Private Debt & Income Fund repurchased $1.16 million in Class I shares during its March 2026 tender offer, representing 0.28% of the fund's $407.89 million net asset value. All redemption requests were fulfilled in full, as tendered shares fell well below the fund's $20.39 million cap, or 5.00% of NAV. Shareholders will receive payment on May 28, 2026.
