StepStone Private Markets Fund Fulfills All Redemptions

StepStone Private Markets Fund honored all redemption requests submitted in its August 2026 tender offer, repurchasing $125.64 million in shares at full value. The repurchased amount represented 1.97% of the fund's $6.37 billion net asset value, well below the maximum 5.0% cap of $318.53 million that the fund had offered. Payment to shareholders was made on September 17, 2026.
