StepStone Private Venture & Growth Fund opened its redemption offer on July 24, 2026, with a submission deadline of August 26, 2026. The fund offered to repurchase up to $218.74 million, or 2.5 percent of its net asset value of $8.75 billion, from investors in Class S, Class D, and Class I shares.
