Rowe Price OHA Select Private Credit Fund closed its redemption window on August 31, 2026, after offering to repurchase up to $81.92 million, or 5.0% of net asset value, from shareholders of its Class I, Class D, and Class S share classes. Final results from the redemption offer have not yet been reported.
