TPG Twin Brook Capital Income Fund Fulfills All Redemptions

TPG Twin Brook Capital Income Fund has completed its May 2026 redemption offer, fulfilling all shareholder redemption requests in full. The fund repurchased $52.52 million, representing 2.20% of its $2.38 billion net asset value. Shareholders will receive payment on July 31, 2026.
