This week's updates show the continued trend of redemption stress varying widely across semi-liquid vehicles. Blue Owl Credit Income Corp received preliminary Q3 requests of 16.8% of shares, more than three times its 5% cap, and will prorate at roughly 30% of tendered shares. By contrast, Ares Core Infrastructure Fund and JLL Income Property Trust each honored 100% of redemption requests. We also saw Ardian Access LLC put a new $100 million secured revolving credit facility in place, which it intends to use to fund repurchases. Redemption pressure is easing at some funds, though still elevated, and many are managing liquidity more proactively, both trends we will continue to monitor as Q3 results come in.
