Blue Owl amends credit facility

This week’s filings reflected a mix of routine capital management activity across the private credit and infrastructure space. Two funds, Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure and 83 Investment Group Income Fund, completed their respective tender offers with full investor requests honored, though settlement approaches differed, underscoring the differing liquidity mechanisms funds employ to manage redemptions. Separately, Blue Owl Credit Income Corp amended one of its credit facilities to broaden its collateral eligibility into a new healthcare lending category, while tightening limits elsewhere to preserve overall portfolio balance. Meanwhile, Fidelity Private Credit Fund maintained its base distribution rate, extending a steady payout history since inception, even as its supplemental distribution component has moderated from prior highs.

Weekly Liquidity Roundup

Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure Fund Fulfills 100% of 2Q Tender Offer

Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure Fund completed its Q2 2026 tender offer, with investors requesting $8.5 million (approximately 3.15% of the fund’s $271.0 million NAV), below the 5% ceiling. Notably, the fund settled the offer with promissory notes rather than cash, meaning that investors redeeming a portion of their stake received 100% of NAV via note, while those exiting entirely received at least 95% upfront with the remainder to follow once the fund’s next annual audit is complete.

83 Investment Group Income Fund Fulfills 100% of First Half Tender Offer

83 Investment Group Income Fund completed its First Half 2026 tender offer, with shareholders validly tendering 213,446.801 Class I Shares, all of which were accepted for repurchase (~0.86% of the fund’s $248.7 million NAV), below the 5% ceiling. The Fund paid in cash, disbursing ~$2.1M (100% of the amount owed) to tendering shareholders.

Blue Owl Credit Income Corp Amends Credit Facility

Blue Owl Credit Income Corp (OCIC) reported in their recent 8-K filing an amendment to a senior secured revolving credit facility, Core Income Funding VII LLC. The amendment creates a new collateral category “Early-Stage Healthcare Loan”. While this amendment expands into a new category of healthcare lending, they also tightened concentration limits on two existing collateral categories. This amendment does not change the committed capacity.

Fidelity Private Credit Fund Holds Distributions Steady in August

Fidelity Private Credit Fund declared that August base distributions will remain at $0.1750/share, a level which they have held steady every month since inception (April 2023). The variable supplemental distribution ($0.0160/share) has also remained flat since September 2025, but is down roughly 62% from its peak of $0.0425/share.
