Apollo Debt Solutions 1Q26 Redemption Requests Exceed 5% Cap

Apollo Debt Solutions BDC Fund received shareholder requests to repurchase 11.2% of outstanding shares, but will return 5%, fulfilling only 45% of shareholder requests. The fund also had $724M of new subscriptions, which will offset the $730M outflow from redemptions.
