About This Fund

KKR Real Estate Select Trust Inc. is a non-diversified closed-end fund managed by KKR & Co. The fund invests primarily in U.S. commercial real estate through three strategies: thematically-driven stabilized properties, prime single-tenant real estate, and private real estate debt. Properties include multifamily, industrial, office in innovation markets, and select specialty sectors. The fund offers quarterly tender offers for limited liquidity and seeks to provide attractive current income with long-term capital appreciation as a secondary objective.
