Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund closed its redemption offer on September 11, 2026, after opening on August 14, 2026. The fund offered to repurchase up to $220.13 million, or 5.0% of net asset value, across its Class I, Class S, Class D, and Class T share classes. Final results from the redemption have not yet been reported.
