The redemption window for Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund) closed on May 26, 2026, following the April 28, 2026 offering date. The fund capped redemptions at 5.0% of net asset value, equivalent to $788.4 million based on a net asset value of $15.77 billion. Final results of the redemption have not yet been reported. The redemption window applied to Class A, Class S, Class I, and Class M shares.
